Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment, including scheduled oil, filter, and fluid changes.
• Service truck brake systems, adjust clutches, and troubleshoot engine and electrical issues.
• Test and replace alternators and starters, and repair lights, wiring, and related electrical components.
• Maintain trailer brakes, S-cams, bushings, slack adjusters, wheel seals, lights, plugs, wiring, tarps, and ratchets.
• Troubleshoot engine, electrical, and hydraulic issues on heavy equipment and complete needed repairs.
• Complete work orders accurately and communicate repair needs and job progress clearly.

• • Minimum 2 years of relevant diesel, truck, trailer, or heavy equipment maintenance experience.
  • Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance, brake service, electrical repairs, and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot diesel engine, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
  • Must provide personal tools required for the work.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and complete written work orders accurately.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test.
