Job Description

A well-established and reputable employer is looking to add a Heavy Truck Mechanic to their team East of Atlanta, GA. 

Technicians will be responsible for performing inspections, services, and repairs on Heavy-Duty Trucks and Trailers using company DOT and OSHA guidelines to ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently. 

Qualifications:

• At least 4+ years of Heavy-Duty Diesel Truck and Trailer repair experience
• Knowledge of foundation brakes and suspension is a must
• Previous experience using diagnostic software
• Previous experience and/or working knowledge of DOT inspections
• Preference to those with Mack/Volvo Experience
• A CDL, is preferred, but not required 
• Own tools, valid driver's license, and clean driving record

Compensation

• $30.00 - $40.00/hour, depending on previous experience and training.

Schedule

• Day Shift, Monday to Friday: 6AM - 5PM
• OT after 40 hours

The successful candidate will submit to background, drug and MVR screens.
