Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel trucks, tractors, trailers, and related fleet equipment, with a strong focus on trailers.
- Perform wiring diagnostics, aftertreatment repairs, and minor to major truck and trailer repairs.
- Use diagnostic tools, software, and repair procedures to identify issues and confirm repairs.
- Prioritize repairs, identify root causes, and complete work efficiently to keep equipment operating safely.
- Perform roadside service calls as needed and support daily fleet maintenance priorities.
- Maintain accurate repair records, follow shop safety procedures, and support other technicians when needed.
Requirements
- Required:

- 2+ years of hands-on diesel truck, tractor, trailer, or fleet repair experience.
- Hands-on trailer repair experience required.
- Strong technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills with wiring, diesel engines, exhaust aftertreatment systems, and diagnostic software.
- Welding experience required for truck, trailer, or fleet repair work.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Must provide basic personal hand tools; specialty and larger tools are provided.
- Must pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test and background check.

- Day shift, Monday to Friday
- Occasional half-day Saturdays as needed
- Start and end times may vary based on location and workload
Compensation
- $25.00 – $32.00/hour starting pay based on experience and qualifications
- Weekly pay with time and a half for overtime after 40 hours
- $1,000 sign-on bonus
