Job Description

A well-established company in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is looking for a dedicated Marine Mechanic to join their team of skilled technicians in a Field Service capacity. This is a full-time, day-shift position offering competitive pay, Company Vehicle, Paid Training, Monthly Profit Sharing and the opportunity to grow with a reputable organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must have 2 years experience working on diagnosing Diesel Engines.
• Preference will be given to those with Generator or Marine experience.
• Must have previous engine repair and diagnostic Experience with one or more of:
  • Volvo
  • MANN
  • John Deere
  • Onan/Cummins
• Must be familiar with utilizing specialty engine diagnostic tools tools.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies while fostering a positive work environment.
• Communicate with team members and customers to ensure expectations are clearly met and exceeded.
• Must have own tools to 3/4" drive.
• Preference will be given to technicians with ASE certifications (not required)

Schedule:

• Day shift schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Guaranteed 40 hours 
• Time and a half over 40 hours as well as when flying to Bahamas
