Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair telehandlers, manlifts, light towers, air compressors, and related rental equipment.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, diesel engine, electrical, and structural issues using diagnostic tools, schematics, and service manuals.
- Perform boom tear-downs, rebuilds, and other major component repairs.
- Complete preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and testing to confirm safe, reliable operation.
- Handle field service repairs as needed and work independently to resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate repair records and communicate equipment condition, repair progress, and service needs.
Requirements
- Required:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on repair experience with telehandlers, forklifts, or manlifts. Equipment operation alone does not qualify.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across hydraulic, diesel, electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and service manuals.
- Ability to complete repairs independently, efficiently, and to a high standard.
- Valid driver’s license.

- Hands-on telehandler repair experience, including familiarity with telescopic booms.
- 2+ years of light tower or air compressor repair experience.
- 1+ year of truck and trailer repair experience.

- Day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation
- $30.00 – $40.00/hour based on experience and qualifications
