Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule field service work with customers and technicians.
- Create work orders, build repair estimates from technician findings, and manage follow-up repairs.
- Source, quote, order, and stage parts; track backorders, receipts, and returns.
- Track job status and workflow to support timely completion, accurate reporting, and clear priorities.
- Provide professional customer communication and documentation throughout the service process.
Requirements:

Required:
- 1+ years of experience in a service writer, dispatcher, service coordinator, or maintenance admin role (fleet, field service, or equipment service).
- Experience scheduling work, coordinating with customers, and maintaining accurate work orders and service notes.
- Parts sourcing experience (vendor quotes, ordering, receiving, tracking availability/backorders).
- Ability to create estimates and follow-up repair plans using technician recommendations.
- Strong computer skills (service/fleet software, email, spreadsheets) and accurate data entry.
- Clear communication, organization, and follow-through in a fast-paced, multi-job environment.

Preferred:
- Experience supporting diesel and hydraulic service operations (heavy-duty trucks, aerial devices, or construction equipment).
- Familiarity with job costing, purchase orders, and warranty/core return processes.
- Prior experience supporting mobile technicians and multiple active service jobs.

Shifts
- Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 40 hours per week
- No weekends required
Compensation
- $50,000 – $70,000 annual salary, negotiable based on experience.
