Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance services and routine inspections on a fleet of 150+ semi-trucks.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to keep equipment safe, reliable, and road-ready.
• Maintain and repair a multi-make fleet including Volvo, Freightliner, International, and Mack trucks.
• Identify maintenance issues during inspections and complete repairs efficiently to support fleet uptime.

Requirements

• Required:

• • Experience performing preventive maintenance and inspections on heavy-duty diesel trucks.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on semi-trucks.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience in a diesel shop or fleet maintenance environment.
  • Experience working on a multi-make fleet, including Volvo, Freightliner, International, and Mack trucks.
  • Ability to identify maintenance issues during inspections and complete repairs that support fleet uptime and safe operation.

• • Experience maintaining Class 8 trucks in an in-house fleet environment.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and safety-focused equipment upkeep.
