Duties & Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical issues on a wide range of vehicles, including Class 8 trucks, passenger vehicles, RVs, and trailers.
• Perform onsite service and road call repairs safely, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.
• Read schematics and diagrams to identify issues and complete accurate repairs in a timely manner.
• Work independently and with team members to resolve service issues and support daily operations.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication and dependable service.
• Complete company paperwork accurately and coordinate with parts vendors to source and order correct parts.

Requirements

• Required:

• • 5+ years of diesel technician experience with strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic ability.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and contribute immediately in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Experience reading schematics and diagrams and following troubleshooting procedures to resolve issues accurately.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions while performing onsite repairs and road service calls.
  • Safe driving record.
  • Positive, dependable, collaborative attitude with a strong commitment to customer service.

  • ASE certifications.
  • PA Safety Inspection and Emissions License.
