Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail and rental operations with accountability for sales growth, gross margin, customer experience, and overall operational performance.
• Oversee inventory forecasting, replenishment, purchasing, pricing, promotions, and merchandising to optimize availability, cash flow, and profitability.
• Manage inventory control processes including turns, aging, obsolete stock, cycle counts, physical inventory, and shrink/loss prevention.
• Direct rental fleet strategy including acquisition, replacement, disposal, fleet sizing, utilization, market pricing, and return on investment.
• Enforce asset control standards including check-in/check-out, damage inspections, documentation, contracts, deposits, and damage recovery.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance, repair planning, parts availability, equipment readiness, and safety compliance to minimize downtime.
• Track and improve financial performance across rental revenue, utilization, yield, repair expense, depreciation, and lifecycle costs, while addressing underperforming assets.
• Provide hands-on team leadership with clear expectations, operational discipline, and strong execution across the business.

  • Working knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, merchandising, vendor negotiations, and asset protection practices.
  • Ability to oversee fleet performance, maintenance coordination, and equipment readiness in a fast-paced operation.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to use sales and operational data to improve results.
