Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead daily retail and rental operations with accountability for sales growth, gross margin, customer experience, and overall operational performance.
- Oversee inventory forecasting, replenishment, purchasing, pricing, promotions, and merchandising to optimize availability, cash flow, and profitability.
- Manage inventory control processes including turns, aging, obsolete stock, cycle counts, physical inventory, and shrink/loss prevention.
- Direct rental fleet strategy including acquisition, replacement, disposal, fleet sizing, utilization, market pricing, and return on investment.
- Enforce asset control standards including check-in/check-out, damage inspections, documentation, contracts, deposits, and damage recovery.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance, repair planning, parts availability, equipment readiness, and safety compliance to minimize downtime.
- Track and improve financial performance across rental revenue, utilization, yield, repair expense, depreciation, and lifecycle costs, while addressing underperforming assets.
- Provide hands-on team leadership with clear expectations, operational discipline, and strong execution across the business.
Requirements

- Experience leading retail, rental, or equipment-related operations with responsibility for day-to-day performance and profitability.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage gross margin, inventory turns, asset utilization, return on investment, and cost control.
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to drive execution, accountability, and operational discipline.
- Working knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, merchandising, vendor negotiations, and asset protection practices.
- Ability to oversee fleet performance, maintenance coordination, and equipment readiness in a fast-paced operation.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to use sales and operational data to improve results.

- Day shift, Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

- Rotating on-call shifts with additional supplemental pay

- Rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4-hour shifts)
Compensation
- $70,000 – $104,000/year based on experience.
- Performance-based incentives tied to retail sales, inventory management, and rental fleet performance.
