Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on front-discharge concrete mixer trucks, Kenworth tractors, trailers, and concrete plant equipment.
• Diagnose and repair diesel, electrical, hydraulic, air brake, and tire issues.
• Inspect equipment, identify mechanical problems, and complete repairs that keep the fleet and plant safe and reliable.
• Service and replace worn or damaged components and confirm equipment performance after repairs.
• Support daily shop priorities across fleet and production equipment during seasonal operating demands.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience repairing heavy equipment, diesel trucks, or similar commercial fleet equipment.
• Working knowledge of diesel, electrical, hydraulic, air brake, and tire systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic issues and complete preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to service a mixed fleet of concrete mixer trucks, tractors, trailers, and plant equipment.
• Must complete a pre-employment drug screen and motor vehicle record check.
