Job Description

A well-established company of over 60 years are looking to add experienced Diesel Mechanics to join their skilled team in Pike County, Missouri.

The work environment is laid-back with varied daily tasks—no two days are the same. Technicians work independently on equipment ranging from 800 to 1200 horsepower, performing maintenance on main engines, hydraulics, steering systems, winches, and cranes. The shop is well-equipped with four bays, extensive parts inventory, and diagnostic tools.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of diesel engine repair experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, electrical and hydraulic systems
• Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and winches
• Previous repair experience with cranes, marine, and/or heavy equipment is an asset
• Driver's License Required

Compensation:

• $30 - $40 to start, based on previous experience and skill set
• Company paid health benefits for employee. Additional family coverage can be purchased if needed.

Shifts:

• Day Shift, 7:30am – 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday
• Overtime is available and offered
• Must be able to accommodate additional hours and call outs for emergencies
• Mix of shop and field work

Will need to pass pre employment checks.
