Job Description

Diesel Mechanics are urgently needed for an industry-leading and established company near Brewster, NY. Diesel Mechanics will be responsible for performing inspections, services, and repairs on Heavy-Duty Trucks and Trailers using company DOT and OSHA guidelines to ensure their fleet continues operating safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• At least 4+ years of Heavy-Duty Diesel Truck/Trailer repair experience.
• Previous experience and/or working knowledge of DOT inspections.
• Own tools, valid driver's license, and clean driving record.
• Those with a good attitude and stable tenure will be given preference.

Compensation:

• $30.00 to $55.00/hour to start, based on previous experience/certifications/training

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, (Monday - Friday) 6:00am - 5:00pm.
• OT available after 40 hours/week.
• Some Saturdays are available for additional OT but not mandatory.

Diesel Mechanics must successfully complete pre-employment background checks (Drug, Driving Record, Criminal, DOT Physical).
