A well-established and reputable dealership in Stockton, CA, is looking for experienced Heavy Agricultural Equipment Mechanics to join their growing team. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity with a company known for its strong team environment, ongoing training, and long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs on a wide range of agricultural equipment following OEM standards.
• Service and repair equipment including tractors, harvesters, sprayers, balers, and other farming machinery.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic software such as John Deere Service Advisor, CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, and JPRO.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems.
• Work with CAN Bus systems and emissions/aftertreatment components.
• Accurately complete work orders and maintain records using dealership systems.
• Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with parts and service departments.
• Must have own set of tools.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working on agricultural, construction, or heavy equipment.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with both mechanical and electronic systems.
• Experience with John Deere or similar agricultural equipment is considered a strong asset.
• Comfortable using diagnostic software and computer-based systems.

Schedule:

• Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime available and paid after 40 hours
