Job Description
A well-established and reputable dealership in Stockton, CA, is looking for experienced Heavy Agricultural Equipment Mechanics to join their growing team. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity with a company known for its strong team environment, ongoing training, and long-term career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and complex repairs on a wide range of agricultural equipment following OEM standards.
- Service and repair equipment including tractors, harvesters, sprayers, balers, and other farming machinery.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic software such as John Deere Service Advisor, CAT ET, Cummins INSITE, and JPRO.
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, electrical, and diesel engine systems.
- Work with CAN Bus systems and emissions/aftertreatment components.
- Accurately complete work orders and maintain records using dealership systems.
- Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with parts and service departments.
- Must have own set of tools.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working on agricultural, construction, or heavy equipment.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with both mechanical and electronic systems.
- Experience with John Deere or similar agricultural equipment is considered a strong asset.
- Comfortable using diagnostic software and computer-based systems.

Schedule:
- Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Overtime available and paid after 40 hours
Shifts
Days, 7:00am – 5:00pm (Monday – Friday). Overtime available and paid after 40 hours per week.
Compensation
$25.00 – $45.00/hour to start. Starting wage is dependent upon previous industry experience.
