A well-established company is expanding operations and urgently hiring an experienced Lead Diesel Truck Mechanic for their shop in Brooklyn, NY.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of diagnosing and repairing heavy trucks and diesel engines.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of heavy-duty truck and diesel systems and fleet maintenance operations.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting diesel engines and related systems
• Strong electrical and diagnostic skills
• Experience Utilizing OEM diagnostic software to troubleshoot faults.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable balancing hands-on operations with administrative responsibilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a plus.

Compensation:

• $100,000 – $130,000 annually, based on experience.
• Annual bonus structure tied to performance and growth.

Shifts:

• Day Shift (Monday - Friday) 8:00am - 5:00pm
