Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and organized Parts and Service Supervisor to oversee maintenance support operations for our coach bus fleet. The successful candidate will supervise parts inventory, coordinate maintenance activities, support fleet reliability, and ensure compliance with all transportation safety standards and company policies.This position plays a critical role in minimizing vehicle downtime, maintaining service quality, and supporting safe and efficient transportation operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum [3–5] years of experience in fleet maintenance, coach bus, trucking, or heavy-duty vehicle operations
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, commercial vehicle systems, and preventive maintenance practices
• Experience with inventory management and fleet maintenance software
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced transportation environment
• Knowledge of commercial transportation safety and compliance regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Compensation:

• $70,000 - $80,000/salary -dependent on experience and skillset

Shifts:

• Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
