Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble hydraulic lift gates, truck-mounted forklifts, components, and related parts while following standard work instructions.
- Read parts lists, Bills of Materials, prints, drawings, and work instructions to identify parts and complete assembly steps correctly.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and overhead cranes to assemble and move heavy components safely.
- Perform quality checks to confirm parts are installed correctly with no missing parts, loose hardware, or defective components.
- Complete required documentation, checklists, and production updates accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace organization standards.
Requirements
- Required:

- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read parts lists, Bills of Materials, prints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools in an assembly or production setting.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to assemble parts accurately and follow standard work instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently and perform physical assembly work for extended periods.
- Ability to complete quality checks, documentation, and checklists while working safely around heavy components and overhead cranes.

- Day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Hours may vary based on business needs

- $20.00/hour starting pay
