Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble hydraulic lift gates, truck-mounted forklifts, components, and related parts while following standard work instructions.
• Read parts lists, Bills of Materials, prints, drawings, and work instructions to identify parts and complete assembly steps correctly.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and overhead cranes to assemble and move heavy components safely.
• Perform quality checks to confirm parts are installed correctly with no missing parts, loose hardware, or defective components.
• Complete required documentation, checklists, and production updates accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and workplace organization standards.

Requirements

• • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read parts lists, Bills of Materials, prints, drawings, and work instructions.
  • Hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools in an assembly or production setting.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to assemble parts accurately and follow standard work instructions.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently and perform physical assembly work for extended periods.
  • Ability to complete quality checks, documentation, and checklists while working safely around heavy components and overhead cranes.
