Job Description

A well-established company is seeking a 310T Journeyman and Apprentice Technicians to join their team in Ajax, ON. Technicians will be responsible for PMs, inspections, diagnostics, as well as repairs and maintenance on hydraulic and electrical systems.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience working on Trucks/Trailers
• Preference for those with Commercial Vehicle inspections
• Ability to read and understand schematics is preferred
• Mechanics with strong capabilities in diesel engines, diagnostics, electrical, and hydraulic systems will be strongly preferred.
• A positive work attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work both independently and as a team are required
• Valid G License
• Personal set of tools

Compensation:

• $32.00 - $47.00/hour to start, dependent on experience
  • As Per CBA (New contract negotiations begin in mid September)
• $3/hr afternoon differential
• $7500 Sign On Bonus for fully licensed 310T's

Shifts:

• Flexible Day or Afternoon Shifts, Monday - Friday 
• OT after 44 hours

Mechanics will be required to have their own tools, as well as be required to submit to pre-employment, prior to successful employment.
