A nationwide fleet operation is hiring a Licensed 310B Body Shop Technician in Burlington, ON for truck and trailer collision repairs. Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform minor and major truck and trailer collision repairs, including cab, sheet metal, fiberglass, composite, box, and frame work.
- Complete welding, fabrication, frame straightening, structural repairs, and alignment work.
- Prepare surfaces and perform paint mixing, tinting, blending, and refinishing.
- Inspect disassembled vehicles, identify required parts and warrantable repairs, and document completed work.
- Use shop and diagnostic tools to complete and verify repairs, road test vehicles when required, and maintain a safe work area.
Requirements
- Required:

- Valid Ontario 310B Auto Body and Collision Damage Repairer licence.
- 6 years of hands-on collision repair experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience repairing and refinishing trucks, trailers, or similar commercial vehicles.
- High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s licence, and basic computer skills.
- Proficiency with welding and paint equipment, shop machinery, power tools, and collision repair tools.
- Ability to work independently, complete accurate documentation, and follow safe repair procedures.
- Travel when required and completion of applicable pre-employment screening.
- Able to work at heights and in varying weather conditions, regularly lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally lift up to 100 lbs, and handle heavy truck tires.

Compensation
- $42.00 – $48.00/hour based on experience and qualifications
- $3.00/hour shift premium
