Duties & Responsibilities

• Install, repair, mount, balance, rotate, and maintain commercial tires for fleet vehicles and trailers.
• Inspect tires for proper pressure, wear, damage, and safe operating condition.
• Respond to roadside tire service calls as needed to keep fleet equipment moving.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely while completing tire repairs and replacements.
• Maintain accurate tire service records and follow company safety procedures and DOT requirements.
• Keep the shop, tools, and tire service equipment clean, organized, and ready for daily work.

Requirements

• Required:

• • 1+ year of verifiable commercial tire experience.
  • Hands-on experience servicing tractor-trailer, heavy truck, fleet, or similar commercial tires.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
  • Working knowledge of DOT vehicle maintenance requirements.
  • Able to lift heavy tires, perform physical tire service work, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Must pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test and background check.
