Duties & Responsibilities
- Install, repair, mount, balance, rotate, and maintain commercial tires for fleet vehicles and trailers.
- Inspect tires for proper pressure, wear, damage, and safe operating condition.
- Respond to roadside tire service calls as needed to keep fleet equipment moving.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely while completing tire repairs and replacements.
- Maintain accurate tire service records and follow company safety procedures and DOT requirements.
- Keep the shop, tools, and tire service equipment clean, organized, and ready for daily work.
Requirements
- Required:

- 1+ year of verifiable commercial tire experience.
- Hands-on experience servicing tractor-trailer, heavy truck, fleet, or similar commercial tires.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Working knowledge of DOT vehicle maintenance requirements.
- Able to lift heavy tires, perform physical tire service work, and work in various weather conditions.
- Must pass pre-employment screening, including a drug test and background check.

Shifts
- Day shift, Monday to Friday
- Occasional Saturdays as needed
- Start and end times may vary based on location and workload
Compensation
- $18.00 – $22.00/hour starting pay based on experience and qualifications
- Weekly pay with time and a half for overtime after 40 hours
