In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality repairs, managing technicians, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of heavy truck technicians.
- Oversee repair operations, scheduling, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
- Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
- Coordinate with customers to provide estimates, updates, and service recommendations.
- Manage parts inventory, work orders, and shop equipment.
- Train and develop team members, ensuring ongoing technical and professional growth.
- Maintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in heavy truck repair, diagnostics, and maintenance.
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a truck repair or fleet maintenance environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using mechanical tools, diagnostic software, and repair manuals.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Pre-employment physical and successful drug screening required.
Compensation:
- $85,000 - $125,000 per year
