Job Description

We are looking for a Recycling Maintenance Supervisor to join an exciting and expanding privately owned business in Greensboro, NC. In this role, you will be instrumental in conducting diagnostics, inspections, preventative maintenance services, and repairs on compactors, balers and other recycling industry machinery. Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience with compactors and balers in the recycling and maintenance industry 
• Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record
• Excellent written and verbal writing skills as well as ability to actively listen and have high level conversations with clients 
• Proficiency in using mechanical tools and devices.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand manuals, catalogs, and diagrams.
• Strong commitment to customer service and communication, both internal and external.
• Pride in workmanship, reliability, honesty, a willingness to learn, and a team-oriented attitude.

Compensation:

• Up to $35.00/hour plus commission

Shift:

• Monday to Friday Mid Morning Shift with flexible start times
