Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform tire installation, rotation, balancing, wheel torque, oil changes, lubrication, fluid checks, filter replacements, and light replacements.
• Diagnose vehicle issues, estimate parts and labor, and complete approved repairs in a timely manner.
• Safely operate customer vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
• Explain service needs and product benefits to customers in a professional, helpful manner.
• Unload tire deliveries, organize tire inventory, and inspect disposed tires when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area while following shop checklists, procedures, and PPE requirements.

Requirements

• Required:

• • Hands-on experience or training in automotive maintenance, tire service, inspections, and light repair work.
  • Ability to diagnose service needs, estimate repair time and parts, and complete work accurately.
  • Comfortable operating customer vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
  • Ability to use technical materials, computers, and shop-related systems as part of daily work.
  • Reliable transportation and dependable work habits.
  • Able to work with hazardous materials, in outdoor weather conditions, stand or drive for long periods, and lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Must meet pre-employment requirements, including drug screening, Motor Vehicle Report review, and criminal background check.
