A well-established and industry-leading employer is urgently searching for a Lead Truck Mechanic in Savannah, GA. We are looking for someone who will take responsibility in the shop. To not only lead, teach and direct others. But to assist in growing the shop and shop revenue. A real opportunity for someone who wants to grow their skills beyond being a great mechanic.

Requirements:

• 5+ recent years of experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Medium/Heavy-Duty Trucks & Equipment.
• Experience in a leadership position. 
• Experience with electrical system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Experience completing preventative maintenance and inspections. 
• Experience identifying and replacing faulty/worn components. 
• A positive work attitude and the ability to take direction and work both independently and as a team.

Compensation:

• Up to $42/hour, based on previous experience/certifications/training.
• Commission Structure for work brought into the shop.
• Full Comprehensive Benefits Available funded to $375/month
• 401K with up to 3 & 5% match.

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
• OT is available after 40 hours/week.
