Job Description

We're seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years of recent equipment sales or related Agriculture equipment experience, with preference given to candidates who have a strong background in AG equipment and a proven track record of building customer relationships.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of recent  equipment sales experience
• Knowledge of Agriculture equipment, including Tractors, Spreaders, and implements
• Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Experience identifying customer equipment needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Strong understanding of equipment specifications, applications, and capabilities
• Previous experience with quoting, negotiating, and closing equipment sales
• Ability to prospect for new customers and grow an existing territory
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

Shift Schedule:

• Day Shift, Monday to Friday
• 8:00am - 5:00pm
